Counselling in Coquitlam and Medicine Hat

Compassionate, trauma-informed counselling for children, teens, adults and families. No referral needed and no waitlist for counselling.

Support that fits the person, not the other way around

Life can feel heavy for many reasons: worry that will not switch off, a child who is struggling, a family going through change, or old experiences that still shape today. Our counsellors meet you where you are. We draw on a wide range of evidence-based approaches and choose what fits you, rather than fitting you to one model.

Our team includes Registered Psychologists, Registered Social Workers (RSW), Registered Clinical Counsellors (RCC) and a family coach. Because we also offer assessments, your counsellor can work alongside the psychologist who assessed you or your child, with your consent, so nothing gets lost between appointments.
