Creative Minds is proud to operate two clinics, with our original location in Medicine Hat, Alberta, and our newest clinic in Coquitlam, British Columbia. Our multidisciplinary team includes Clinical Counsellors, Social Workers, Family Coaches, and Psychologists, all working together to provide comprehensive supports to individuals and families.

Our Clinical Director, Zoila Carolina Hall, is a Registered Psychologist and Certified Play Therapy Supervisor with extensive experience working across both clinics. She is dedicated to fostering a collaborative and client-centered approach to care, specializing in assessments and clinical interventions for children, adolescents, and families. Under her leadership, Creative Minds continues to deliver high-quality, inclusive mental health services to diverse communities.

Carolina offers a combination of in-clinic and virtual psychological counselling, consultation, and assessment services to a wide range of individuals (children, adolescents, and adults), couples, and families.

She is trained as a Certified Play Therapy Supervisor with extensive experience and training in trauma (both trained in EMDR and the Neurosequential Model of Therapeutics). She also recently received training using Exposure Response Therapy for OCD. Practice areas include counselling children, youth and adults that are experiencing relationship difficulties, depression, stress/anxiety, struggle to manage emotions, have experienced trauma and/or other difficulties impacting their quality of life.

Along with her over 20 years of experience working as a Behavioral Consultant and Psychologist, she was also trained using the Gold Standard for assessing Autism (ADOS/ADIR) along with other complementary assessments (Psycho-educational and ADHD Assessments for children & adults.
